A HISTORY OF VACCINATION SCIENCE AND THE LANGUAGE USED TO DESCRIBE IT PART 3: BREAKTHROUGH CASES AND THE BENEFITS OF VACCINE FAILURE 

In the oversimplified narrative presentation of the corporate media, vaccines are the single greatest advancement of medical science in the history of humanity. In the corporate media telling of our history, it's a miracle that humanity survived long enough to invent vaccines, and nothing else matters.

Clean drinking water? Zero impact on mortality! Never mind that the majority of the world has had indoor plumbing for less than a century.

Modern sanitation infrastructure? Worthless! Never mind that during the legendary Spanish Flu pandemic of 1918 there was open defecation by humans and herds of animals in the streets of many major cities. And, never mind that the practice of open defecation continues to be a global issue.

The abundant harvest yield of modern farming technologies and techniques which improve both supply and nutritional value thereby reducing malnutrition? As if! Never mind that crop failures, droughts and government enforced famines (Irish potato famine, Holodomor, etc.) have killed tens of millions.

The mass production and broad distribution of soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, bandages, disinfectants, vitamin supplements and a thousand more modern products? Sounds like you've got a white supremacist capitalist narrative there, buddy! Hygiene is a racist word, haven't you heard?

Vaccines are the only reason anyone is alive today! Much success!

Well, if you take a minute to actually examine the historical literature, you will learn how far from accurate the current corporate media narrative is on numerous subjects but especially the history of vaccination science. Far too much is omitted due to being inconvenient to the propagation of the preferred narrative.

So, let's take a look back through history and note more of the changes to the language used to describe vaccination science.

In 1901 there were two deadly incidents of attempted immunization of children which inspired the passage of the first legislation to regulate the production of vaccines in the USA (the Biologics Control Act of 1902). One of the two is still referenced in the medical literature to this day, but the other is almost entirely ignored, meriting only passing mention.

What is known as the St. Louis Tragedy of 1901 will be covered in a separate post coming soon. 

The less discussed of the obscure twin tragedies was known as the Camden Incident or the Camden Tragedy of 1901. Nine children died after being inoculated with a tetanus contaminated smallpox vaccine.

The Camden Tragedy of 1901 was not the first, nor the last vaccine failure. Here we encounter another change to the language used to describe vaccine science. What used to be called vaccine failures are now referred to as "breakthrough cases" by the corporate media.

That sounds like a good thing, right? Breakthroughs are usually important discoveries, right? Never mind that the official term is "vaccine breakthrough infection", that third word is toxic to the narrative. So, breakthrough cases it is. Vaccine failure? Never heard of such a thing!

There are two types of vaccine failures described in the official medical literature; primary and secondary vaccine failure. 

Primary vaccine failure happens when a recently vaccinated individual is infected despite being allegedly "fully immunized" against the disease. This occurs for between 2% and 10% of the population, depending on the vaccine. But, it does occur with all vaccines. This is another reason why 100% immunization through vaccination is an impossibility.

Secondary vaccine failure happens when a "fully immunized" individual contracts the disease, either years later after the vaccine induced antibodies have waned or because the vaccine induced antibodies were otherwise insufficient to provide immunity against infection.

There is also a third type of vaccine failure. This happens when the vaccine is improperly manufactured or administered. This is often classified under primary vaccine failure in the literature because the vaccine fails to provide the antigens necessary for the production of antibodies.

Improper administration of vaccines can result in vaccine injury; chronic pain and/or limb paralysis. The very existence and commonality of Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration (SIRVA) should serve as an indication of how little vaccine safety education and training medical professionals receive before they begin sticking needles into people. This is the only type of vaccine injury which is acceptable to discuss in the corporate media. 

In the case of the improper manufacture of vaccines, there is one notorious case which is ignored by corporate media in their narrative of the success story of vaccination against Poliomyelitis. This is known as the Cutter Labs Incident of 1955, also known simply as the Cutter Incident. 

In the Cutter Labs incident, a batch of Salk "inactivated virus" Poliomyelitis vaccines which were alleged to have been improperly manufactured (it's entirely possible this was done intentionally as a study, but that's speculation best saved for exploration some other time) was released from Cutter Laboratories out of California. 

More than 200,000 children were injected with this improperly manufactured vaccine in which the virus had not been rendered inactivated (or "killed" as the pro-vax folks prefer to say despite also saying that a virus is not alive to begin with) by the process of treatment with formalin (formaldehyde). This alleged negligence resulted in 40,000 cases of Poliomyelitis with 200 children suffering varying degrees of paralysis, and 10 deaths. 

Cutter Labs was not the only manufacturer to have their Polio vaccine cause cases of Poliomyelitis. Wyeth also made a Salk Polio vaccine that is known to have caused paralysis in some of those who were inoculated with it. The Wyeth vaccine incident is even more ignored by the narrative, making it more difficult to research.

Despite the number of fatalities from the Cutter Incident being listed as 10 in the official medical literature as published on the official government website of the National Institutes of Health and in what is considered by the corporate media to be the authoritative account written by their favorite vaccine expert, Dr. Paul Offit, in 2020 a writer for the Washington Post claimed that the death count was only half that. And the corporate media wonder why they are not trusted by intelligent people? 

So, if active Poliomyelitis Virus was injected directly into more than 220,000 children and approximately 20% subsequently developed serious illness with approximately 1% suffering from paralysis with some of those recovering, and approximately one half of one percent died... how deadly is the virus really?

Subsequent research has discovered that there are benefits to being exposed to the Polio viruses, such as a reduced risk of developing some types of cancer later in life. Poliovirus has been successfully used to treat cancer.

Coincidentally, Poliovirus is being investigated as a treatment for brain tumors, the incidence of which has increased since the institution of mass vaccination against Poliomyelitis. When, in 1960, the Polio vaccines were discovered to be contaminated with the oncogenic monkey virus SV-40, that was considered as a possible cause but ruled out without providing any satisfactory reason to explain the increase. 98 million people received at least one dose of the contaminated vaccine.

Few medical professionals have been willing to risk their careers on speculation about the possibility of viral competition leading to such unintended consequences as an increase in other pathogens which infect the same cells when the target virus is removed from circulation. That's borderline heresy.

However, there are biotech companies currently developing phage therapies based on the Polio viruses. 

If you don't already know, phage means virus and phage therapy means virus therapy. Phage therapy involves the ingestion or injection of viruses to treat disease, usually a bacterial infection. This is because there are viruses known as bacteriophages which infect and kill bacteria but have no effect on humans, with one notable exception. 

This is also why the 1902 Biologics Control Act was also known as the Virus-Toxin Act, because phage therapy was a cutting edge practice at the turn of the twentieth century. Of course, what is old is new again with the corporate media pretending that phage therapies are a completely new discovery. 

While vaccines are given all of the credit by the corporate media for ending deadly epidemics in the twentieth century (never mind that there were numerous concurrent advances made in public sanitation, personal hygiene and nutrition, as well as the building of infrastructure, such as highways and telephone lines, which made prompt medical treatment more convenient to more people), there is one famously deadly childhood disease which disappeared without there ever having been developed a successful vaccine against it; Scarlett Fever.

One of the unique things about Scarlett Fever is that it is caused by a bacterium which is infected with a virus. This is the notable exception mentioned previously. 

Another unique thing about Scarlett Fever is that it disappeared without a mass vaccination campaign or even a vaccine. And, oddly enough, it's now beginning to become resurgent which, of course, the corporate media is blaming on "anti-vaxxers" even though there's no vaccine against it. Never mind that the latest research shows that the bacterium has evolved. Make that make sense; you can't.

Where is Scarlett Fever making a comeback? In areas afflicted with poverty and failing infrastructure. It's resurgent in areas where sanitation is lacking, for example in homeless encampments. 

The corporate media has yet to explain how "anti-vaxxers" are responsible for the economic hardships, drug abuse, and mental health issues which have landed so many unfortunate folks living on the streets. 

Anyway, we were talking about Polio. Have you ever noticed that the corporate media prefer to say "Polio" and never say the scientific name for the disease which is Poliomyelitis? Could that be so you don't make a connection with the other myelitis conditions, such as acute flaccid myelitis and transverse myelitis, which have increased since the advent of the Polio vaccines? 

Both acute flaccid myelitis and transverse myelitis bear a striking resemblance to the historical description of Poliomyelitis and are known to be possible adverse events resulting after Polio vaccination. 

And speaking of vaccine failures, -- excuse me, "breakthrough cases" -- there is a widely distributed Polio vaccine which is well known to cause outbreaks of Poliomyelitis around the world. This is the famous Sabin Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV).

The OPV is associated with numerous adverse events whether received separately or in conjunction with other vaccines.

What sort of adverse events? Well, have you ever heard of VAPP? That stands for Vaccine Associated Paralytic Poliomyelitis, which is the paralysis so famously characteristic of Poliomyelitis, but, rather than resulting from infection by the "wild" virus, it's a direct result of the action of the vaccine. 

The fact is, this is what inoculation does, it infects you with the virus or bacterium in the hope that your immune system will produce antibodies to fight off infection and gain immunity (never mind that a careful reading of the available medical literature reveals to that evidence of the production of antibodies is not proof of immunity and never mind that Fauci himself cited that fact when pushing vaccines, claiming natural immunity was insufficient). 

However, in immunocompromised individuals, whether that condition is the result of malnutrition, some other infection, or genetic defect, the vaccine virus is able to recombine, reproduce and overwhelm the immune function. Rather than gaining immunity the vaccinated person becomes a victim of the very disease which the vaccine was intended to protect them against. This can even occur in otherwise healthy immunocompetent individuals. 

In regards to the OPV, the vaccine derived virus replicates in the intestinal tract which is its nature as an enterovirus. All 3 of the vaccine strains are able to mutate during replication in the gut and become neurovirulant. This can result in four conditions; minor illness (most poliomyelitis infections are experienced as cold symptoms), VAPP, death, or viral tolerance. 

In the instance of viral tolerance, the infected individual may be asymptomatic and not realize that they are contagious. The virus is excreted in feces, and in areas of inadequate sanitation this can result in transmission of the vaccine virus to others who are non-vaccinated. 

These are known as contact cases. The contact may be direct, such as a non-vaccinated parent coming into contact with fecal matter during the changing of diapers on a vaccinated child. Or the contact may be indirect, such as a neighbor drinking from a water source that has become contaminated through bathing, washing of clothes, or open defecation. 

There is at least one recorded case report of an individual who continued to excrete the vaccine derived Polio virus (VDPV) for more than 20 years. Yes, for more than 2 decades that person walked around believing that they were immune when in actuality they were a one person super spreader event waiting to happen.

Prolonged excretion of VDPV is a serious problem which doesn't get enough attention.

When this replication continues and reversion to nuerovirulence occurs resulting in chronic excretion and transmission, the vaccine derived Polio virus becomes endemic causing outbreaks of illness and VAPP, this is known as a circulating Vaccine Derived Polio Virus (cVDPV).

It is for these very facts that the OPV was banned from distribution in the USA in the year 2000. Despite this ban, the vaccine continues to be manufactured for distribution in Africa and Asia by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Outbreaks of VDPV have become something of a routine.

Since 2019, the World Health Organization (WHO) has reported outbreaks of cVDPV in several African countries, including Cameroon, Congo, Mozambique, Sudan, and Yemen, as well as in Indonesia, Israel, the Philippines, and Ukraine. 

VDPV has even been recently detected in London and New York City.

Such progress! Much success!

Never mind that the WHO had pledged to eliminate Poliomyelitis by the year 2000. Now, the WHO and CDC have determined that the world must cease using the OPV, but can't cease using the OPV because it's necessary for immunity against the cVDPV. It's a medical Catch-22. All due to vaccine failure.

Despite being aware of the risk of reversion to nuerovirulence and the potential for outbreaks of VAPP and the creation of reservoirs of cVDPV, the OPV continues to be distributed by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the WHO in conjunction with the Global Alliance on Vaccine Initiatives (GAVI) of which Bill Gates is a founding member and a primary funder. Not only do they know that the vaccine derived virus is contagious and spreads through viral shedding to non-vaccinated contacts, the official medical literature on the OPV refers to this as a "benefit" of the use of this particular vaccine. 

A benefit! Failure is a benefit! How sick and twisted does someone have to be to believe that the vaccinated unknowingly shedding a virus and infecting the non-vaccinated is a benefit? Bill Gates sick and twisted. WHO sick and twisted. That's how sick and twisted.

The fact that this effect is well known is demonstrated by the publication of a vaccine study conducted by the WHO in Mexico in 2018. The study found that the vaccine derived virus began to be transmitted to non-vaccinated contacts in as little as 24 hours and continued beyond 71 days. How much longer beyond 71 days? We don't know because the study ended on day 72. They had their data and they departed without treatment of any of the chronic excretors of the vaccine derived virus.

This is the sort of activity conducted by those who purport to be looking out for our health.

Speaking of looking out, according to the corporate media there is a fourth type of vaccine failure which they consider far more important; the "failure" to vaccinate.

If you search for "vaccine failure" in the corporate media you will find dozens of articles containing the phrase "failure to vaccinate". This is an intentional campaign to bury the phrase "vaccine failure" so far down in the search results that only the most tenacious of researchers will find relevant results.

I could go on and on for days and days about this topic and supply more examples which you have never been told of before. I haven't even mentioned modified measles or the problem with growing influenza vaccine virus in chicken embryos yet; much less conjugal transfer vaccinia! Those examples of vaccine failure are going to have to be reserved for another day. I am going to wrap up as this is already a very long post.
