Guarda is a highly-functional, non-custodial, multi-crypto wallet. It incorporates Unstoppable Domains along with an impressive range of support for tokens. Users can buy crypto with Visa cards via Simplex enabled in app.
Guarda Community https://t.me/Guarda_community on Telegram is surprisingly lively for a channel you’d think would be nothing more than tech support for the misguided along with free-grazing bots and scammers. Samiul says the channel is pretty civilized, not having to spend a lot of time ejecting shitposters or trolls. It started as a gig for him. “oh it was like 2 years ago [2019] I think so I don’t honestly remember exactly but it probably was in a job board or something.”
Transparency is a big deal for Guarda and that’s a big deal to Samiul. “My job as a Community Manager is a whole lot easier because most of the time I get to maintain a transparent relationship between the community and the company which I think is very important.”
Samiul likes the flexible schedules and the trend towards formalizing support schedules so multiple admins can be on during busy times. “you know it could get pretty crowded and we’ve [got] to make sure every one is satisfied.” Like most in the Telegram community, Samiul has to deal with scammers and spends a lot of time warning users against scam tactics. And being a free global app in a borderless and limitless industry, there are a lot of people that struggle to communicate in English. His solution: “we try out best and our users are usually very cooperative.”
Samiul gets a rockstar rating from me for responsiveness. I think he even followed up on my dumb-ass query a few months back with a DM, asking if I had figured it out. In the crowded marketplace of wallets, Guarda needs good, responsive support and this channel delivers.
