NEXO - FIET - Withdrawal - Rejected

I have been using NEXO for a while now over two years.

I made a withdrawal request but, it was rejected. I contacted support who could not provide any details and suggested I try again.

I then made a total of 5 requests all REJECTED I then contacted them via chat after 8 items I was able to get a response.

To say they will pass it onto the relevent team.

I then received this email.

I find it very strange that I can receive deposits from multiple places. I could convert it to cypyo and loose a % but, why should I. 

I have lost all my trust in NEXO and advise some caution.

I am now going to attempt to withdraw all assets that I hold with them.

I will provide an update.

I was able to withdraw my assets that are not gaining higher interest. Nexo took a long time to resolve it. But, they did resolve it after several live chats.
