We all install apps on our phones no matter what is the cause sometimes we install for fun and some times we install to try new apps and for other reasons.

But most of is do not know about the app. Yes i am not saying don't know how to use instead I'm saying about how the app was written and which programming language used to write that app and what type of code is in the app.

There are 2 types of software available

1-closed source

2-open source.

closed source means we actually cannot see how the app was designed and we cannot see the code of the app.

open source means we actually can see how the app was witten and which language was used to write or create the app and we can see the code and most importantly if you like the app's code and the idea of the open source app, you can create your own version(always give credits to owner and developer) and you can suggest features to developer or developers of the app and ask for changes and you can report bugs and if you want you can fix them by sahring your work with the developer.

There are so many benefits of open source apps because they give you us the freedom.
