You think you locked your phone but what you don't know is your phone no no every phone near you is continuously listening you(listen whatever you talking).

For example if you turned on ok google feature, say ok google and you can hear google assistant reply. so if your phone is not continuously listens to you then the feature does not work that's why the instant you say hey google or ok google that google assistant in your phone pops up right away.

check which app is using microphone and if you think that microphone permission is not necessary for that app then turn off microphone permission for that app.

focus on settings and spend more time on settings on your phone then it will become easy for you to navigate and change the setting.
