The Best Mobile Game for Aspiring Day Traders and Crypto Newbies

By Miss.Lakill | x Killer Content | 19 Jan 2023

While I may be interested in building a portfolio, I don't exactly have thousands of dollars to burn or a ton of experience which is why I LOVE the Stock Market Simulator Game. And, no, this is not a paid thing.

First module in the Stock Market Simulator Trading Game School

How to Play

This game has three main components;

The "school" comprises easy-to-understand chapters on market basics, technical analysis, risk management, chart patterns, etc.

Then you can hop on to the simulator to start practicing what you've learned.

Although only the first module is available in the free version of the game, the simulator more than makes up for it. Here you can create buy and sell orders for popular stocks, crypto tokens and assets throughout the day while the market is 'open.'

And, as you close trade orders, you'll get real-time feedback on how much profit you've gained or lost on each trade.

The third component is the leaderboard(s). This is a game, after all.

Your profile displays personal trading stats (Portfolio Value, Profitable Trades, Losing Trades, Open positions etc.) And the leaderboard allows you to see how your weekly performance compares to other players.

Both are helpful tools for seeing how well you've applied the concepts you've learned. And the simulator is a fun, risk-free environment to try out different trading strategies and see what fits your needs and personality best.

Pros:

✅ The UI/UX mirrors how popular real-world online exchanges present information and sales data.

✅ One free learning module with actionable insights you can start practicing right away in the simulator

✅ Quickly absorb concepts like timing, market close, candlestick charts, HODLing and big vs. small wins through hands-on 'experience.'

✅ An opportunity to test many different trading strategies with thousands of pretend dollars

Cons:

❌ Tokens, assets and stocks experience volatility but will always recover given enough time.

❌ It's unlikely you'll start with a comparable amount of real-life money when trading, so habits you learn in-game may have to be unlearned.

Even if you only choose to play the free version, it is an excellent sandbox for building confidence and experience trading on exchanges.  And, from what I've seen on the game's official Instagram, the devs seem very knowledgeable about the topic.

I'd highly recommend it if you're a little interested in trading stocks, crypto or other assets but nervous about using real money. ✌️
