Today i will tell you about my father's tiny garden 😊

As i mentioned before in my Challenging Journey blog that Lebanon is facing a terrible hyperinflation period, and all the goods' prices increased insanely, therefore the government advised the citizens to grow some plants in their gardens, plants of all kinds. 

So my father as part of this society and since he has a "green hand" as we say in Arabic meaning whatever he plants, it grows and blossoms, decided to do tiny agricultures around the house.

I will show you some of pictures of the tiny garden. 😉

The pesto can be used to garnish or to put in the pasta, the thyme as you can see cuddles the neighboring flower ❤️ 

The thyme we use a lot in a lot of dishes, i will later show you in the comming articles. 

The mint and persil and cucumber for salads mainly. 

For dishes we can use the beans. 

And the Mandarine, Apple and fig our dessert after the meal.
