Many US celebrities or high profile people had their Twitter account hacked yesterday. Tesla's founder Elon Musk, Amazon's boss Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates are among the many prominent US figures targeted by hackers. The Twitter official accounts of Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Kanye West were also hacked, requesting donations in the cryptocurrency.
Elon Musk appeared to offer to double any Bitcoin payment sent to the address of his digital wallet, same as Apple, while Bill Gates was giving back $2000 for any $1000 sent.

The hackers also managed to take charge of Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Mike Bloomberg accounts.
The BBC can report from a security source that a web address - cryptoforhealth.com - to which some hacked tweets directed users was registered with the email address [email protected]. Anthony Elias was the name used to register the website. Cryptoforhealth is also a registered user name on Instagram, apparently set up during the hack. The Instagram profile also posted a message that said: "It was a charity attack. Your money will find its way to the right place."
Stay alert and never believe such things, no one will ever give thousands of dollars for free, specially asking for money or Bitcoin before. Be smart and don't get scammed!
