Here we go again! The Layer3 hustle got even better! There's no better place for web3 learning and discovery! It's a whole package, as users can have fun, earn achievements, varied rewards, social bounties, and explore decentralized finance!
Layer3 helps web3 users to experience curated ways to explore DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and trending platforms. The journey can lead to various in-platform achievements for mastering essential on-chain skills. The interaction with testnets and protocols may also unlock future bounties.
This could be a long story but will keep it simple! The CUBEs were presented as the key to the Layer3 economy, and because similar platforms already have tokens that power their ecosystem. There's a whole network built across multiple chains, and multiple benefits for having more CUBEs.
We now have the $L3 token and a brand new set of perks and rewards! I've received my season one airdrop and decided to stake and embrace the new dynamics. Those that staked $L3 unlocked higher rewards, special quests and a VIP status.
Staking my share of the airdrop wasn't mandatory but was the most financially efficient decision. I can maximize my rewards through passive yields and multipliers, and participate in governance decisions. Exclusive opportunities are now unlocked, along high staking benefits and activity levels.
My allocation was 941 $L3 tokens, and had to make a decision. There was no cash out dilemma, as the Layer3 dynamics hot me hooked up for good. The only question was the staking period! I opted for a full year of staking and an initial APY at 70%, and a plethora of benefits.
Only the airdrop for Season One was distributed so far, which means there are more $L3 tokens ready to be shared to the users. Season Two concluded weeks ago and another snapshot was taken, and Season Three is currently underway.
I was level 14 when the first season concluded, with 192 quests completed on Layer3! I minted 76 cubes and earned 20,583 XP during the season! The bridging/trading volume wasn't great, only $91.39 tracked activity, but at least I managed to maintain my GM streak!
The end of season snapshotted me and the saga continues! My articles also onboarded four frens on Layer3, and I hope they will hustle their way towards a nice bag of tokens! The claim time has come!
Accumulated 20,000 XP during Season One and received 1000 $L3, therefore expecting more for the 50k XP I accumulated during season two! The amount will also benefit from the 2x multiplier I've obtained from staking, and there's good vibes coming from Layer3!
This time the allocation will be influenced by the special CUBEs that users could mint during this campaign. Special quests were available and "Infinity CUBEs" where the reward. Those that minted all three were able to mint a special NFT called the Trident Of The Worlds. This one will have a higher multiplier.
I was able to mint the Mind Cube and the Power Cube, failing the unlock the Space Cube by only one quest. The requirement was 30 Infinity Quests and I completed only 29 from the series. I've already seen Layer3 quests exclusive for the Trident holders, and the rewards were juicy.
Go big or go home! That's the way to do it! Having 1000 $L3 had perks and benefits, but the bigger bounties were set for those that staked 5,000 or 10,000 tokens. Decision time!
The 10k cap looked too high, requiring a considerable investment... so I went for the smaller hustle! Used Uniswap to get 4,075 $L3 tokens in a day when bot gwei and $L3 price was low. My Layer3 staking portfolio got an upgrade!
The platform benefits are perpetually adding value, and getting 7.1 $ARB in a staker minidrop was just the beginning. Got $ETH, $OP and a plethora of other tokens from the quests available only for those that staked 5000 $L3, and the ROI will be achieved soon!
The rewards obtained during this season reached $116.83 and keeps growing. I paid $140 for the new stash of Layer3 tokens, and completing quests nearly paid back the amount. Got few nice NFTs along the way, and cool badges for my achievements.
The saga continues, while I patiently wait for the Season Three snapshot! This time I have big expectation, as I have an OG Boost active on my account and a staking multiplier given by the staked $L3 tokens. If bridge/trade volume will be added as criteria, I will be more than happy as it went ballistic during the season!
I completed 756 quests so far, my GM streak reached 222 days, and minted 616 cubes so far. Round number of CUBEs for season three, and 300 makes me think about brave warriors! This is SPAAAARTAAAAA!
Thinking about the average price to mint a CUBE, it goes between $0.15 and $0.20 demanding on the chain! So far I spent an estimate of $120 to mint all those cubes, but that's for all the three seasons so far! Waiting for the season two and season three airdrops, and the big expectations are for the current one!
