The Quebrada Verde community located in Lima's district of Pachacamac has become an example of how to use sats for daily transactions. Its inhabitants have decided to adopt Bitcoin as their preferred means of payment.

According to residents, using Bitcoin allows them to carry out transactions more quickly and securely than traditional methods such as cash or bank transfers. They also point out that it helps reduce transaction costs and enables greater financial autonomy.

A video worth watching:

A local resident Carlos says he started using Bitcoin about two years ago when he realized its potential benefits. He now uses it regularly for buying goods and services from local businesses within his community.

Another resident named Rosa explains that many people still don't understand what Bitcoin is or how it works, but she believes that with time more people will start using it once they see its advantages.

In addition to promoting digital currency use within their own community, Quebrada Verde residents are working on implementing sustainable practices like organic farming and reducing waste production.

Overall, Quebrada Verde serves as an interesting case study on how Bitcoin can be used not only for investment purposes but also for everyday transactions at a small community.

This all is happening also thanks to - a non-profit organization, helping people to understand money and Bitcoin.
