So bitcoin and the altcoins and stupid retail money aren't doing what we want just yet. That's actually good; it means there's a final chance to accumulate before the end of the bull run.
First bit of alpha, however, has nothing to do with trying to find profitable trades in an unprofitable environment...
If you're not using your idle time to farm, you could be missing out on 5 figure airdrops like the $W airdrop that just took place. There are plenty of places that will pay you to simply hold your idle monies with them. Do so with the best funded initiatives. Try not to waste time with these fly by night vanity gaming studios and middleware projects that can't even explain themselves.
Do the big stuff like Blast or ZKSync. Leave the rest of the stuff alone. But that's not what this article is focused on, because I don't care what kinds of tricks these projects try to pull you in with, the most profitable you will ever be is buying the right coins at low prices and selling them at high prices. Don't let any of this ETH restaking/lame yield farm/gold-points meta fool you.
So the main thing you should be doing is finding the best altcoins to stack while you can. If it's a choice between stacking and holding my ETH on Blast for their stupid Gold, I'm buying. Or even better, using their point stacking lend platform to get Gold, borrowing so I get more Gold, then using those funds to buy the alts I want.
Here are my picks to stack during the pullback.
1. $NST
I'll say this up front so you know where I'm coming from: I have no affiliation with Ninja Squad. If I write something nice about them, which I did, it's because I saw what they were doing and liked it. If I own some of their token, it's not because they gave it to me for free and told me to talk about it. I bought it on my own and talked about it on my own. That being said, this is why I continue to think this token is going places...
They boosted my Twitter post about them to 31.5K views in > 24 hours.
Why is that important?
Community is the most important metric in the success of a token or NFT project. NFT project = raid guild. Most of them aren't good at it. What the 35K boost proves is the Ninja Squad community is actually good at it. Which means they can work as a team for other initiatives such as holding the floor for a token, gathering the attention of KOLs to the project, etc.
And at ≈ $5M mcap, this is still a steal.
2. $UEFN
Another steal at anything under $10M mcap, this project has a loyal holder base that is just waiting on the spark to ignite this project to the moon. And just why would this of all projects moon?
I've chronicled the reasons ad infinitum, but in summary, they are 1. $UEFN has cash and a cabal behind it, 2. they've got proprietary tech, 3. they've got a team headed by a guy with exits and connects to huge esports institutions, 4. they've got the AI agent/gaming crossover narrative. To me, it's a no brainer. The only issue is the team's insistence to be truly awful marketers and impose a 5% buy/sell tax. But this project will moon in spite of the bad marketing, especially if the team delivers just the slightest modicum of fun within the two games they promise in the next few weeks.
3. $ATECH
The Avax gaming and meme community is set to blow up. They are the most organized and stacked blockchain of any gaming centered chain — all they need is their time in the degen sun. Once the crypto narrative circles back around again to stuff that actually works, Avax will be in the forefront.
When this happens, I'll have some $SHRAP and $COQ to be sure, but those aren't the 100x plays. The real gem is the meme picks and shovels dashboard $ATECH, which has slowly but surely built up a suite of tools that are essential for degens degening. They are still > $2M mcap and have already showcased an ability to deliver quality product.
4. $MASQ
Speaking of product that actually works, the Masq browser is something you should be using even if you don't buy the token. This web3 focused browser gives you the best of DePIN/dVPN Internet connection, web3-first links and a comfortable UI. This is the hub that normies should use for their first transactions with web3.
Even as Masq continues to deliver good updates, the crypto zeitgeist hasn't caught on to the product yet. I have yet to really internalize the fact that most people here only want to larp as web3 aficionados while they continue to use Chrome and Gmail. They'll catch up eventually. Probably after the first big case comes out of the IRS using Google's data to catch tax cheats.
5. $LUSH
The $ENQAI product drop was disappointing. I tried it myself and it literally gave me a ChatGPT answer when it was supposed to be "uncensorable." This is pretty shit considering you can download free "uncensored" models directly from Hugging Face.
However, LushAI delivers on what it's supposed to give you. The only downside here is that Lush is affiliated with EnqAI, and $ENQAI is taking a massive dump now probably due to the product's underwhelming performance. But even with this shadow over it, the $LUSH chart continues to look bullish. Chat is bullish as well, which means people are actually satisfied.
