UEFN set to go, CU@100M

$UEFN 4/4 Announcement, CU@100M

Something's cooking at $UEFN on 4/4 according to their Twitter. Yes, I've written a great deal about this project because I believe it will be one of the big winners this bull market for many reasons:

  1. It's a part of the Global South Virtuals.io Cabal
  2. It's got a huge moat around an important UGC AI agent narrative
  3. It's still criminally undervalued
  4. Team is based with experience building companies to buyout capacity
  5. Tech is already proven, with the same Virtuals.io tech powering $UEFN that powered AI Waifu ($WAI)
  6. Team proved its dedication to pumping project with multiple buybacks that could have grossed you 100% on a round trip trade

Your time is running short on getting in before this thing skyrockets to $100M, but it's always fun to try predicting what will get it there. In that spirit, will the announcement on 4/4 be a sell the news or smell the moons event?

Team Still Bad at Marketing

$UEFN isn't known for its marketing prowess even though it is slowly gaining organic traction from big influencers like Virtual Bacon and super important, handsome, effective, undervalued, even more important alpha callers like me.

The reason traders had the opportunity for 100% round trips during the aforementioned token buybacks was specifically because of the sucky marketing. Buybacks of that size are usually quite enough to bring new eyes into a zygocap project, but none of them did. So the price after the buyback fell right back into a buy zone, only to get pumped again by the next buyback, then fall again.

I don't expect the UEFN Twitter announcement to drive new eyes to the project on its own. However, if UEFN has engaged outside influencers to syndicate the announcement, that's when you'll see the $VIRTUALesque rise from $7M to $100M in a matter of weeks.

So I actually don't care what the announcement is, honestly. What I care about is syndication. If I don't see it, I might try a round trip. If I do, I'm holding until the moon.

Tecanallie (Tech Analy)

Sell the news events are usually predicated by a pre-news run-up. Speculators and insiders with true alpha cut in front of each other and price in the news before it hits. Once it hits, you get a sell-off as there is no future narrative driver.

And guess what — UEFN did have a pre-news run-up. This was not a buyback as far as I can tell. But the buys were big and close to one another, which could mean it was a small amount of connected investors that did the buys. If so, they are probably looking for a quick flip. If they don't get it, they'll sell.

If this happened, the chart would resemble the pattern of the last 3 pumps, so it's definitely a possibility I'm looking at. Again, the X factor is narrative syndication. But it has to be quick.

If all of this sounds like another round trip is inevitable, hold up. You take a huge risk if you sell after a couple of days looking to round trip. Because of the low mcap and connections of this cabal, the rise will most definitely be parabolic. Virtuals didn't give anyone any time to round trip when it started its true rise to $100M. Honestly, I wouldn't try it unless this is the kind of trading you really do.

The Actual Announcement

As stated before, I honestly don't think price action and this 4/4 announcement will be closely related. The team could announce a Friday sushi and movie break. If Virtual Bacon and other Global South influencers picked it up, it would pump the price. At the same time, UEFN could announce its inclusion in Nvidia partner program and a stealth investment from Mark Cuban and Warren Buffett, and if no one else tweeted it, I think price would drop.

This is true save one particular type of announcement: Exclusive partnerships with top web3 games to incorporate UEFN AI agents. The next batch of UEFN retail investors will be web3 natives. They care about stuff like Mavia, Catboy, Shrapnel when the wider industry doesn't yet. And these are the games that would be most likely to work with UEFN on AI agent inclusion.

I don't think this is likely because I can't think of any web3 games currently with room for AI agents. I could be wrong. My thinking is you need a game with a ton of scale for make AI agents a relevant part of gameplay. Is there space for AI training games like that Smash Bros. clone having its beta right now (I can't remember the name!) to include AI agents? Maybe. Would they want to work with outside agent producers when their whole value prop is to create that tech in house? Maybe. Global South Web3 is far more collaborative than other markets. So there could be possibilities there.

So in short, the 4/4 announcement doesn't mean shit. By itself. What matters is if UEFN has decided to activate its substantial network to syndicate the content. Whether or not they've decided to do it, the token is still a comfy hold. Can you really think of many companies that have the choice to pump the price pretty much whenever they want? It doesn't exist — anywhere except here. Being in the Virtuals Cabal has its advantages. As well, CEO Zad is connected to gaming distribution giant Ampverse from his previous Championfy exit, so the bridge to SEA web2 gaming is there when it's proper to use.

Everything's pointing in the right direction for this project. You can try for the short term round trip, but there's really no need to. Definitely a good problem to have. CU@100M!
