Before I begin, the title does not point to a topic to give positive feedback about some realization of a pass time, activity or hobby, but it insist that we accept and become aware of this fact as well as our human nature.
When we have seen ourselves in everything, feeling and happening, then separation subsides leaving only love
Scripting The Ego
We begin our day in various different ways or with various different activities, from our 9–5 to resting part of the day then engaging in our activities at night.
Whatever the day or task, we have recorded every moment, scent, feeling, and sight of that day-to-day experience.
We may have various other tasks and duties to attend to, like aiding a loved one or helping others; either way, it has been absorbed and eventually has to be drained.
We are all different, and with those differences come different experiences, and thus various themed movies (named genres) are created for me to choose from to accompany my purging.
I just want to add that we are no different from each other; nature/life is not a particular thing like a bird, tree, insect, etc.; it is all that is, which is one, which is love.
As much as I would love to, I wont go into conditions, constructs, context or conceptions as they all are the result of our differences.
I have a phenomenal quantity of information, experiences, thoughts, and images stored as my day and life progress, and at times, I have even wondered if the role I perform and who I am is the right one, asking myself if I am happy and why there is an urge for more?

I find some comfort in this role at times, as I can communicate with others and possibly share and relate to my collection of thoughts, JUST like trading cards or NFTs.
It is important to remember and be aware that we chatter all day in our skulls, putting labels and judgement on the people we meet and see, as well as the advertising images, shapes, and colors that accommodate our field of view.
Either above or below, where, what, or who, we are unknowingly in communion with it all.
So, whatever I have focused most of my attention on now becomes love, hate, anger, or even a sexual desire.
Seeing In Darkness
Its lights, camera, action, and what is known are put into darkness, and the spotlight now shines on me.
We have free will, so we can either choose to play the role of not being aware of what is known and continue our characters' performances, or we can see that it is not me in the spotlight, but the spotlight is me, and I give light to what is known and unknown, but neither I am nor own.
As a result, we experience enormous freedom and grow brave.
We have created a mask worn over the mask of our true nature, so no wonder why meditation becomes difficult for the majority of us.
I feel it is because we are afraid to look, and therefore, reveal the darker parts of ourselves or our egos with acceptance.

Let's be clear, we all possess dark sides, and it is that very resistance and discreet nature in entertaining our darker sides that persists the horrors in our world.
I have realized it is imperative to look at oneself and accept all our horrors to put an end to attachment.
What I mean is that we are attached to who we are—our family, our lifestyles, the people we communicate with, and our emotions, which are a result of feelings—and if we were to know or experience something different, it would become fearful or uncomfortable.
That is attachment, and a dismembering of what is known, and life today has become a fear and a fight.
But true acceptance, without attachment to anything, will free us.
The world is changing, control of our lives is becoming more transparent, bills are getting harder to pay, feeding our family becomes impossible (if this change doesn't affect you, it is important to be grateful and help others in need), and we have lost our way as well as our faith and trust in our leaders, and ourselves.
Losing faith, trust, not knowing, giving up the fight, or our feelings is exactly what is needed so they are released from us and handed to our angels, beings, or energies for construction, while we get to work loving ourselves, our loved ones, friends, animals, and most importantly, our fellow man.
It is then...we will be amazed or in awe at how well provided we become in our day-to-day lives, not by your will but by a higher will...be done.

Time To Purge
I’ve written the script for my ego’s day, week, month, or year, and I’ve recorded "my" facts, experiences, and emotions required for the genre with which I’ve associated myself. It’s time to sit back and watch myself in action.
I am watching what I cannot do or experience in my reality, and it brings comfort and adrenaline to my desires and feelings because I cannot attend to them without the assistance of visuals to bring tangibility to my darker or deeper sides.
I failed to add that we can also have wonderful aspects that are hidden, unknown, or darker, but which we choose to ignore because society does not accept them, and so we are conditioned to live the latter.
A kettle cannot be turned on if it is not linked properly, just as events and feelings cannot be triggered if our brains are not wired to absorb them.
So, as I watch the movie, my heart races for the love, action, and fear that are already within me.
I also find that because of my day, week, month, or year-I am exhausted with the elements, experiences, and suffering of life in this world, and I need to release these feelings through entertainment or activity.
Hence why we unconsciously purge to prevent suffering and sadness in our day-to-day lives.

You may agree that this is a wonderful construction, idea, or solution for us to manage our emotions, but what I see is myself in a hamster's cage with food, water, and activities as well as a wheel to keep me calm and active so I do not escape.
The wheel, in my opinion, represents us humans as we continue the cycle of oppression and suffering through our actions or our consumption of goods from the very institutions, organizations, and sectors that benefit from our wants and desires in order to increase their wealth, power, and level of control.

Curtain Closes, Lights On
If you haven’t understood what the film is about, you have misunderstood, and if you have, you have also misunderstood, as to see requires you to drop all you are and know to know.
But when you know there is nothing to be said or asked from another, because we individually depart from different locations to share and learn, we arrive at the same point of view.
Sending love, peace and happiness to you and all your loved ones
