Telegram has agreed to provide the US securities and exchange Commission (SEC) with additional information about the sale of Gram tokens in 2018.
On may 7, Telegram signed an agreement that obliges it to provide the SEC with all requested financial information by may 20. This includes information about contracts concluded with the original investors of Telegram Open Network, as well as additional banking information.
In addition, Telegram undertakes to answer any questions from the SEC related to the previously provided information. The company must also disclose information about all offers made to investors during the sale of Gram.
Telegram agreed to cooperate with the SEC on the day of the launch of Free TON. The project is based on a Protocol developed by Nikolai Durov and his team.
