The team of developers of the telegram Open Network (TON) blockchain platform has presented new conditions for the return of initial investments in the project for investors who are not residents of the United States. This is written by the Bell with reference to two investors.

Investors were offered to issue their investments in the TON project as a loan at 52.77% per annum, in order to expect a return of 110% of their initial investments in 2021.

Telegram reserves the right to repay this loan at any time, but not less than three months later. in this case, investors will receive 72% of the initial investment plus interest on the loan, which will have time to accrue before the repayment date.

The letter did not mention work on launching the main TON network.
