My WordPress website has been struggling with traffic for a long time now, and my only hope for resolving this issue is bringing genuine traffic to it through Reddit; however, the problem is my Reddit submissions get buried in a 24 to 48-hour time period. The other issue is that some subreddits simply do not allow self-promotion, and they give you instant bans.
Well, I have finally found a solution after doing tons of research, and to my surprise, this is the most effective method, as after implementing these changes to two of my subreddits, I got 100 views in one day to my subreddit, and guess what? Last week my subreddit got 107 views.
Now here are the steps below:
- Your SubReddit should be about a narrowed-down niche.
- You should add the rules widget to your subreddit.
- You add the related subreddits widget to your subreddit, which gives you the ability to add 10 subreddits that are related to your niche.
- You add flairs to your subreddit, as this boosts discoverability on Reddit and also search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, Yandex, DuckDuckGo, and even ChatGPT search.
- Just use the cross-post feature under post share to similar subreddits in your niche from your SubReddit submission; this is the most important step.
