Windows 11 requires a piece of hardware called TPM which does a lot of things among which are detecting pirated software and deleting it and possibly reporting you.

 

My solution is to try Linux. Linux doesn't require TPM and doesn't care about pirated software. Read my other post about Linux Beginners to get started with Linux if you can't really afford to buy a new computer.
