TL;DR — LI.FI powers cross-chain bridging and swapping inside Vesta Finance
We’re excited to announce that Vesta Finance, a layer-2 stablecoin protocol, has integrated the LI.FI widget inside Vesta! Users can now easily bridge and swap assets across 16 EVM-compatible chains, all without ever having to leave the dApp.
What is Vesta Finance?
Vesta Finance is a DeFi lending protocol on the Arbitrum network. By participating in the Vesta Finance ecosystem, users can borrow against their crypto assets without selling them. Purchasing or borrowing VST, the Vesta Finance stablecoin, allows users to contribute to the stability pools with more than $1 in assets backing each VST token.
Vetsa Finance allows you to borrow against your crypto with the lowest interest rate in the market. You can use your borrowed balance as you please and repay whenever you want. In the future Vesta has plans to expand to other layer-2s, such as ZkSync and Optimism.
Here are some features offered that separate Vesta from other lending protocols:
- Arbitrum-native — Vesta runs on layer-2, allowing for low fees and fast transaction times without sacrificing decentralization
- Multi-collateral — Users can deposit different assets as collateral such as ETH, GMX, DPX, and others to mint VST.
- Liquidity Mining — Recieve rewards for helping bootstrap the Vesta ecosystem
And last but not least,
- Bridging and Swapping — Vesta makes use of LI.FI’s 13 bridges and 28 DEXs to allow users to swap any token for any token across 16 EVM-compatible chains.
