Yes, it's true. My father hasn't made any new art since he was a teenager, and now that he's gone through a major life transition and is in his 70s, I've helped inspire him to regain his passion and will be posting his work here on my HIVE account for him.

Today is his first piece in over 50 years, which is an illustration of David and Goliath.
