Everything is shutting down. My wife is bored. My daughter isn’t use to being home. And the boys are doing fine. It hasn’t been much different. My wife says that Facebook people are going crazy being stuck at home. I feel for those who live in the city. Maybe in a 400 square foot apartment with one bed. I couldn’t imagine not having a yard to go into. If they did have a yard would they be allowed in it right now.

Living in the city would suck. I bet it has gotten real quiet there. We noticed the other day that the sky is completely blue. Usually there are jet tracks all over. At night we can see more clear the milky way. My wife had also found a news thing about Venice Italy. How the water was so clean that wildlife has come back to the water. Watching Bloom berg we seen satellite images of Asia. They did that time picture thing. And the pollution and clouds went away.

So maybe global warming isn’t the fault of the west. Maybe it’s the east. That sounds funny. Its like I’m talking about gangs in Los Angeles.

Hay now. Some good news. We made money yesterday. I bout ford and a couple real estate trusts. I wanted to buy GE. I will be watching it.

The REIT I bought, there is two of them. You have to check them out. They were both trading at $18. Yes, both. And Both of them right now are trading at $4. One has a quarterly dividend of $.45 and the other $.32.

I have to praise God for those. They came across one of my scans. I could not believe it. I bought 4 call options on both of them. The farthest I could go out on one was October. The other was August. Check them out yourself. Ticker are “RWT” and “MITT”. In one day I am up 205% and 42%. I am also up 14% on ford. I have yet to check the market for before market trading.

I wonder if the stimulus has passed yet. I can’t turn on the television yet. My daughter is sleeping on the couch. She has her own room. What ever. I will find out about the stimulus later. I am waiting to see what kind of small business loans I will be able to get. The story is zero interest short term loans that are forgiven after 6 months.

Yes, you heard right forgiven. As long as you don’t lay anyone off. I wont lay myself off. I have to see what they come up with. Keywords – short term, forgiven, zero interest. It pays to own a corporation. Depending on the legislation. I may be able to pull a few hundred thousand in zero interest loans. And I will invest it.

I should be able to live off the dividend of a $500,000 loan. Especially now that prices are so low. And on top of that zero interest. Blue chips here we come. And I will be able to keep my employee working. And maybe even pay my housekeeper and child care specialist a wage. She deserves to get paid. She has been doing it for free for 23 years.

We will see. Just keep an eye on all the new grant money coming out. Grants and low to no interest loans. If you play it right. We can make millions off this recession.
