What a bad luck! Just a day ago the warranty of my laptop's battery end and these days its shut down automatically if I work disconnecting power. Last time it shut down when battery was 84% and I've already claim warranty once on September 2023. Its a laptop so always working on it by connecting power is not comfortable. The battery is expensive but I can afford but I don't want it again from the same place as they already broke my trust. A battery doesn't last a year perfectly how does it sounds like? It sounds like a duplicate battery was inserted in my laptop.
This time if they allow me warranty once again even when I'm a day late then I may go to them next time for my laptop servicing or else I may never go to them as the battery I purchased was not good and its dead for the second time in a year. My laptop was bought in September 2019 and it is a gaming laptop though I'm not using my laptop for gaming but I had aim to have a high configured laptop of my own so I bought this one paying approximately 656 dollars and invested money on battery and other accessories more than 100 dollars. My disappointment with battery quality that the computer selling center gave me.
Right now my phone is charging and I will call them soon if they can give me service for warranty or not, if they refuse me to give warranty service then I'll never ever go to them for any kind of farther tech service. I already learn my lesson and next time if I buy the battery I'll try to buy the original one and I don't want to be cheated once again. Last time they told me that I shouldn't down the battery under 30% but it happen accidentally and the backup service of the laptop battery is dead.
Corruption is everywhere and it is very common in tech industry too. The old devices had good quality and capacity but now people cheat users by selling duplicate device and accessories because they want more sells and they don't want that we users use long last good quality product. I may not buy a new battery now and can wait for it if I don't get free service from the servicing center of my laptop. If need to buy battery once again then I'll buy from a nearest well reputed computer servicing center. It waste my time and money to go each time to the servicing center where from my laptop was bought. It has good reputation but it provided me low quality of battery that doesn't last even a year. I get disappointed and they can convince me by giving warranty service though there is no hope, if they will allow me to give service then it will be a good thing they will do to me or else they will lost a customer forever.
