You see Life Changing stories are not all meant to be inspirational. At some point, it's deeply heart breaking. Bottom line is we all go through different phases in life that is all necessary to lead us to different levels of maturity. In the end we see through the mirage, we see through the smoke and mirrors of our very own existence.

I mentioned in my Log #03 how I came to get myself hired. It wasn't that easy. I thought that getting the job was the hardest thing I could do. But it was not.

Let it be known that when I got myself hired the company's two initial standard qualifications were at least two years of technical experience and of course and a degree related to computer hardware and software. Both of which I am not an inch qualified. Yet I was hired and accepted. Could it be just luck or did someone saw my hunger for a job. Do you somehow have the slightest imagination of how a sardine fish feels in a tank full of sharks? That's how I felt. Fresh meat for first blood. It didn't matter at first when I was still on the hunt for the job. All I ever cared was just to land on something.

The training ain't easy. Either you pass or your out. Or as some trainers say and I quote, "Either you shape up or I'll ship you out of this company." It was like going back to school only this time, if you fail you lose what you've worked hard for. Just like that.

I was part of the pioneering team in the gaming account. I guess the very reason I was hired because I am a core gamer. Online and tactical games are my favorites. The account was all about games but the pressure we dealt weren't fun at all.

Working first time in the BPO industry as a technical support representative, I felt the pride in me as well as the shame of not knowing the basics of dealing over the phone. Damn,
