You have heard many stories about what actually happen as soon as the person dies. Many people have experience this stage and even come back to life after experiencing it. As a heard stories may people have claim that as soon as they enter this stage in between life and death they experience a kind of force or an energy where they are travelling into the vaccum as a source of light experiencing there past all of the sudden at once.

For this I have a scientific explanation as my per research and studies.

First of all let us talk what is our body made up of .

We all know the core element of our body is an atom also atom is the core element for all the object, living and all the things which you are surrounded by , infact we can't deny that every energy we feel and we experience come right from within it , your emotion,  your anger and all other things that you feel , you do came from with in it . 

So atom is the core of your physical structure.

Here we must note that beyond physically energy there is also another energy which help you to carry out your physical form .

In short there is a mass less energy in your body which make you alive and help you carry out your daily activities. And as soon as that leave your body you are lifeless just like a stone . 

According to theory of relativity , an energy or matter to travel beyond the speed of light it must be a mass less and its mass must be almost to 0 .

So here , 

Take a living person and measure his weight if that person weight 50 kg before he dies his weight will be constant even after he dies , that is he still weight 50 kg even after his death . 

So here , before that person dies he could function , could move , laugh and do all but as soon as he dies he is just in rest position that is he no longer have the ability to move or do things in order word he is death . 

So what makes a person functionless ? After he dies. 

Why he was no longer a functional man ? 

The answer is , 

The massless energy which was functioning his body has now come out of its body and with  it his consciousness and energy too . 

So according to theory of relativity , 

A massless energy can easily travel beyond the speed of light and when it does that it experience a length contraction and time dilation .

Time dilation : this is a phenomenon where a timetravel is able to experience its all the timeline at a same time . 

Example , if you can travel in a speed of light you will be able to experience your future , present  and past at a one ago .

So what every you called it a soul or energy which is a massless entity , after you are death it came out of your body and since its a masslees energy so it experience a time dialtion and this is a 7 min recall of your whole life which your consciousness experience after you die. Here after you die you will have a 7 min flashback because your soul or an energy is able to travel in to a speed of light making your past , present and future in the same timeline .
