We've all heard the saying, "Be kind to one another." But what does it really mean to be kind?

We have a pretty good idea of what kindness looks like: helping someone out of a jam, giving money to charity, doing something nice for a friend. But there's more to it than that. Kindness is an attitude—an approach to life that can make us better humans, and even better citizens. It's the willingness to see others as people just like us who deserve dignity and respect. It's not just about being nice; it's about treating others with empathy and compassion.

Kindness is also something we can practice every day. We don't need special occasions or grand gestures of generosity—we just need to pay attention to how we treat others and ourselves, and then make small changes in our lives that reflect those values. Changing your daily habits can help you become a kinder person in ways you never imagined!
