The real mental freedom for life!

Dear Friends,

Through this article, we are going to discuss about our mental strength and mental freedom for a happy life.

Do you get angry immediately whenever someone scolds you?

If so, your mind is not yet under your control!

Mental Freedom  is the true inner Liberation
Mental freedom is the choice  not to react always.

Friends... reflect deeply on these words for a moment!

Who Are We?

Many of us tend to think.!

Whatever others say about us that is who we are!

Whatever our mind feels right now , that is who we are!

But the truth is...

We are the awareness that observes everything!

We are the witness that watches our emotions!

We are the soul that observes our thoughts without getting drowned in them!

The Reaction and their Response! What is the Difference?

Reaction: If someone speaks angrily... we immediately get angry too! If someone criticises us... we immediately feel hurt and dejected!

What does this reveal?

Our mind is quite enslaved!

We are controlled by external stimuli!

Response: If someone speaks angrily... we pause for a moment! We take a deep breath!

We often realize, "This isn't about me! "We respond calmly! What exactly is this?  Our mind is free! We are the ones in control of the situation! But remember this...

Other people's words are merely a reflection of their world!

They do not determine your true worth!  Only the actions that would prove who you are exactly!  Temporary Emotions Should Not Rule Us! Sometimes...you might feel utterly exhausted! You might feel intensely angry! You might feel terribly afraid!

These feelings are only temporary in nature!  Peace would be undisturbed in any situation!  Hope is also never lost, even in the situation of failures!

No arrogance arises, even in success!

Remains unshaken by the criticism of others!

How to Attain Mental Freedom?

Meditate daily, mere 10 minutes is enough!

Just Practice deep breathing for few minutes when you get angry.

Don't react immediately. Just break for few minutes.

Just feel and observe your reactions.

Always practice the gratitude mindset and maintain a healthy distance from the negative people.

Today's Affirmation:

From today onwards, I will not merely react! I will choose my response to situations! My mind shall remain free! My soul shall remain at peace!"

Remember this:

"A free mind has no need for revenge... no need to seek validation... it requires only one thing — Peace, and nothing else!"
