Dear Readers,
All of us aspire to achieve great things in our life.
We all envision starting a new job, beginning an exercise routine, launching a YouTube channel or building a great business.
However, the phrase we most often utter is:
“I will start once the ‘right time’ arrives…”
In reality, that elusive “right time” rarely ever comes.
The psychological reason behind this is known as “Perfection Delay.”
It manifests as the belief that:
Everything must be perfect;
One must have a flawless plan;
One must be completely free of fear;
Everyone must offer their support;
And one should only begin after attaining absolute confidence.
Holding onto these expectations often prevents us from ever getting started.
Yet, the truth of life is this:
Confidence emerges only after you have begun.
Experience is gained only after you have taken any concrete action.
It is small, consistent efforts that pave the way for monumental success.
When a child learns to walk, they obviously do not wait until they know how to walk perfectly before making an attempt.
Instead, they learn to walk by falling down and getting back up time and time again.
Similarly, in our own lives, it is through our own mistakes and persistent effort that true progress is seen and enjoyed!
But, many people remain in a state of waiting:
“Once I do have a little more money…”
“Once I do find the time…”
“Once I do feel truly ready…”
But as they wait, wait, wait, wait........ time slips away.
And their dreams remain nothing more than thoughts lingering in their minds.
Remember this always:
If you wanna to create that right time, you must first take a small step forward yourself.
For ultimately,
It is an action that creates opportunities, and not waiting anymore!
