Our food are our medicine!

Dear Friends,

Two months ago my blood test gave me a wake-up call.   ALT (liver enzyme): 72 -Fatty liver HbA1c: 7.2 -Diabetes range Triglycerides: -199   Like many people, I thought reversing this would require intense exercise, medicines, or complicated diets. But I decided to try something very simple First- change what I eat. For the last two months, I made a few strict but straightforward changes: Reduced carbohydrates No bread and no white rice Completely stopped sugar and maida Said no to samosa, bhujiya, kachori, and sweets Added paneer and hung curd daily for protein. That’s it.   No intense gym workouts.(I dont love doing It) No medicines.   My latest report says: ALT: 34 (back to normal) Triglycerides: 120 HbA1c: 6.3   In just two months, the body started correcting itself. This experience taught me something powerful: - Many metabolic problems begin with what we eat every day. - When we remove excess sugar, refined flour, and junk food, the body often starts healing on its own.   Exercise is wonderful, but even before intense exercise, correcting food habits can make a dramatic difference.   For anyone struggling with prediabetes, fatty liver, or high triglycerides, my humble suggestion:   Start with food. Say no to sweets and fast food, reduce refined carbs, increase protein, and give your body a chance to recover. Sometimes the most powerful medicine is simply discipline in the kitchen. Maida and Sugar - Two most dangerous food.     Have a healthy life!
