I absolutely abhor it when working on a project, someone comes along and quite frankly ignores the criteria and creates problems... It is the same for Website or Servicing Support... Moon Faucets via the Coinpot app made a huge error with me this last week, after ignoring several requests for support due the their website and faucet errors.
In order for me to explain what is happening, if you do not have Coinpot as an app to earn... It is an app joining several earning opportunities from various faucets within one application - The various Moon Faucets are included.
This last few months an error has surfaced, in which all Moon Faucets have been glitching, hanging and reloading claim screens as if to show more adverts - that's the way I see it anyway.
The problem with this is that during these moments of hanging or being unable to claim, one of two things are happening... The scenario usually ending in either a claim for 0.00000000 tokens - thus wasting the time it took to build up the token claim and downright ripping off the tokens/satoshi/dust earned.
As you can see clearly the image above the claim was for zero... It should have been 0.00000547 with bonuses to be added.
This is typically what has been happening on and off for months... My first request being ignored by Moon Support - does the Moon Faucet Support even exist?
Okay making a withdrawal request is always facilitated... This is not the issue, but when these errors become a full day of errors as of recent weeks, all the hard work of building up 100% daily bonus has been a waste of time. I am on my third rebuild already this year... It is not fair and needs to be addressed - but no reply from several requests for support is quickly starting to turn into being a very much pissed off XTRM... Not a single response from Moon Faucets support team, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my issues with the facility.
I'm giving Coinpot users and Moon users this heads up... Maybe we should all bombard support and their twitter feed to get these issues fixed and ffs... It is about time Coinpot updated their app... Too many dead faucets are represented.
