Try saying that headline on Friday after drinks... I don't know how I can mince the words together enough to come up with a long enough answer to a simple solution, when Coinbase App has a dickie fit during payments, in particular sending crypto. This is in respect to Coinbase text message verification when sending payments such as Bitcoin.
When in the actual Coinbase Application, you may be presented with security measures such as a text message verification in order to complete a transaction... Usually a 6 or 7-digits code.
Sometime this will error an you are presented with no option to type into the usual security message as you receive your verification text message... Thus sending you on a frustrating loop.
In order to fix this the solution is very very easy indeed...
You must close the Coinbase Application... And forget about it for now... Follow these very important steps to the rule...
Go to the Coinbase WebApplication via the Coinbase Official Website...
Login to your account...
Select Portfolio from the three bar links at the top right of the screen.
Scroll to chose your crypto to transact...
Oh hey! Look... Send and Receive boxes are right there... Why can't the app be so simple?
Make your payment... All text boxes and security confirmations will present and your transaction should complete as normal.
This is also handy if your Coinbase Application is glitchy because you are unable to update the app.
