The auction business is absolutely exploding.

It's pretty crazy.

Not long ago, auction houses would mostly auction off cars and watches, and occasionally things like wines and so on.

Now, everything is sold at auction all the time, and there are more auctions to begin with.

The item you see here is Jensen Huang's very own Tom Ford leather jacket.

The jacket itself isn't rare, it's an item anyone can buy - it costs $10k, but technically anyone can buy it.

But this one was worn by Huang at a conference in Taipei in 2023, and it was signed by him, and it sold for $960,000 - well over 10 times its original estimated selling price.

Huang is an interesting case. Like most billionaires, he always wears the same things to combat what they call 'decision fatigue'. But, unlike most billionaires, he's actually quite stylish.

Then again, most men generally look good in a leather jacket.

Even the cheap ones from Zara or H&M or whatever that actually not made from leather.
