I need a raise. That much is clear. A, because I've earnt it and B, 'cause I need it.

Inflation is real, man. As is the expat syndrome in my town. We've got American (and Russian) expats on American salaries, and they're throwing cash around like it's nothing.

It dilutes and contaminates the local economy. Top tip: if your salary is significantly higher than that of the average person in the place you're living in, please avoid flaunting it.

It ruins things for you, and everyone around you.

But I digress.

I gotta thank PayPal and Amazon for the amazing installment option. I had to buy some stuff and pay for some things, including a watch for my cousin's 30th birthday, and so I relied on that.

I'm kinda running on fumes here and my next salary is still seven days away.
