- Just came across Pi Network's "Vibe Code" thing and it's kinda interesting.
From what I understood, they're trying to make it easier for people who build apps with AI tools (like Cursor, Replit, Claude Code etc.) to get those apps into the Pi ecosystem. Instead of spending forever on user acquisition, the idea is that you can plug your app into Pi's platform and potentially reach their existing community.
The process seems pretty straightforward "build an app with your favorite AI coding tool, import it into Pi App Studio, connect the Pi SDK, set up login/payment features if needed, and then publish it."

What caught my attention is that they're not really focusing on helping you create the app, that part is already getting easier because of AI. They're more focused on the distributions side, which honestly is where a lot of projects get stuck.
I'm still a bit curious how well it actually works in practice tho. Having access to a large user bases sounds great on paper, but I'd like to see some real example from developers who have already launched something there.
Anyway, thought it was worth sharing because i feel like they're trying to ride the whole AI-builder trend in a slightly different way. Might be interesting to watch how it develops over the next few months.
