The Iran-US war ceasefire is heading towards the peace talks to make it as a permanent ceasefire. 

While the dominance and control of Strait of Hormuz is the main agenda in the talks between these two nations.

In the Strait of Hormuz, which is globally regarded as the lifeline of global trade in which roughly 20% of the crude oil and natural gas are being routed, the naval blockade announced by U.S. President Donald Trump has encountered a formidable challenge and make it so critical again. 

Majority of the Asian countries are getting their supply through this path only.

Whether this blockade succeeds or merely serves to expose America's vulnerability now rests in the hands of Chinese vessels.

It is already known that the Chinese vessels have passed already without any hindrance. 

After having failed with the peace negotiations with Iran at Islamabad, US President Donald Trump  has announced his intention to block the ships traveling to and from the  Iranian ports aims a complete problem for Iran.

The primary objective of this move is to make a standstill of Iran's economy. However, the most significant complication with this announcement is for China.  China is the largest purchaser of crude oil from Iran.

Should Chinese vessels defy Trump's restrictions and navigate the Strait of Hormuz unimpeded, it would trigger the following consequences:

If the U.S. military, which Trump describes as the world's "finest navy"—fails to intercept Chinese vessels, it would starkly expose the weakness of US. 

The fact that a single nation's ships can pass through unhindered would render the entire blockade meaningless.

This would deal a severe blow to Trump's international standing at present. 

While, China's willingness to act in disregard to U.S. sanctions would signal a loosening of America's grip on the global stage again.

Trump has already warned "Any ship paying taxes to Iran will receive no protection". However, it remains highly doubtful whether the United States would wish to engage in a direct confrontation with a nuclear-armed power like China.

Attempting to intercept Chinese vessels could potentially escalate the war further and also roping China into this.

To counter the U.S. blockade, China has deployed its modern warships to provide protection for its commercial vessels. Through this move, China has issued a direct warning: "If our country's commercial interests are obstructed, we will not stand idly by" in this region.

This direction action by China is poised to become a massive roadblock to Trump's plans.

If the United States attempts to block Chinese vessels, it will inevitably lead to a direct military confrontation with Chinese warships. There is a grave risk that this could escalate into a global conflict once again and the severity will be much higher. 

Conversely, if Trump chooses to remain passive and refrain from intercepting the commercial vessels escorted by Chinese warships, his declared "naval blockade" will be counted as nothing.

Should Trump yield to this challenge from China, it would broadcast to the world that American power has weakened  while Chinese dominance has surged.

"If Chinese vessels traverse the Strait of Hormuz without incident, it signifies that Trump's naval blockade has crumbled. Far from demonstrating strength, this would instead reveal America's utter helplessness to the world."

Whether peace prevails in the Middle East now hinges entirely on whether Trump remains steadfast in his obstinate decision or yields to Chinese pressure.

While Trump's ability to retain his power as a "strong leader" will only be determined by the way the Chinese vessels successfully navigate this strait of Hormuz. 

The United States had already sought to crush Iran by projecting its naval might that is already present in this region; However, China's deployment of its warships in this region has now thrust Trump into a state of confusion and trigger his mind to think anything crucial. 

Globally, this will not serve as a symbol of strength, but rather as an event that starkly exposes America's glaring weakness.

The real game is only just beginning.

The American superpower is having suffered a series of humiliations of late and now that all but certain to face yet another humiliating defeat in this matter.

This will reflect major price fluctuations in the Crude Oil Price and the global markets.
