The crucial mindset for building true wealth for our life!

The crucial mindset for building true wealth for our life!

Dear Friends,

Recently, I happened to watch a video by Robert Kiyosaki.

It was quite interesting as usual with his previous videos.

Here are some key points I noted from it.

He specifically shared insights regarding where holders of vast wealth invest their money and why they choose those particular assets.

1. Where does big money really go?

Majority of the major investors do not simply chase after whatever investment happens to be trendy at the moment.

Instead, they always seek the assets that are capable of generating long-term value with consistent income, while also remaining resilient across various economic conditions that are going to affect us in all respects in the future.

He cited Bill Gates as an example, noting that Gates owns vast tracts of farmland in the United States and that China, too, has been acquiring agricultural land there.

This also raises a question:

Why do those with such immense wealth choose an asset like farmland?

The global population continues to grow.

At the same time, the amount of arable land is shrinking. Water scarcity is rising, and fertile topsoil is being depleted. Disruptions in food production and distribution are also on the rise.

Yet, one thing remains constant.

People need to eat every day.

No matter how much technology advances to make our life easy and comfortable, there is no substitute for food.

Therefore, he presented his perspective that farmland is not merely an asset that was purchased in anticipation of price appreciation; But it is an asset capable of continuous production and income generation as well.

2. What does money do when the circumstances change from now?

When uncertainty rises in the economy and in the financial markets, massive amounts of capital do not simply vanish.

Instead, the money shifts toward assets that can generate consistent income, are linked to people's basic needs, and possess long-term resilience.

The key point he makes is not simply "go buy agricultural land tomorrow."

But, consider what will endure in the long run, rather than what merely creates a buzz.
It is not enough to simply observe what the ultra-wealthy are doing.
You must also understand why they do it,
what they are protecting,
and what types of assets they hold for the long term.

I particularly did like the point that he made at the end:

Financial literacy is not just about knowing where to earn the most of the money;

But it is about identifying the assets that can consistently generate value and income under any circumstances.

That is a crucial mindset for building true wealth.
