In a latest tweet in its X Page, Robinhood has officially announced its acquisition of Pluto Capital, which is the leading service provider of AI- based investment search in US.
However the deal price of this acquisition is unknown.
Once the integration of AI tools into the Robinhood Platform, will enable its users to make wiser investment decisions. It has said that July 1,2024 all Robinhood users will be provided with the customized investment strategies and top data analytics using the technology from Pluto Capital.
While the integration phase, it is said that many users have experienced the server issues for about 30 minutes or so.
This acquisition enables the Pluto’s founder and CEO, Jacob Sansbury would join Robinhood Inc in a leadership role. He has a very strong background in technology development and worked in NVIDIA in his earlier days. He will be taking in charge to integrate AI technology in to Robinhood platforms to make the users a super experience with data driven information and make trading journey wisely and easily.
It is to be noted that Robinhood has acquired the global cryptocurrency exchange Bitstamp last month for $ 200 million deal which helped to expand its crypto businesses and to increase its customer base worldwide.
