The Comfort Zone is a great trap. 

This is the story of the famous trap called 'COMFORT ZONE'.

In a town there lived two rats, Ramu and Somu.

Both were given a jar filled with grain. Ramu was very happy to see so much food around it.

In a few days, it reached the bottom of the jar. Now it's stuck.

Somu is also happy but it enjoys hunting for food around itself (risk taking). So it leaves half eaten.

The same thing happens in our life.

Some people feel very luxurious when they get a job in an organization, a job without challenges, but no personal growth. Stuck in outdated technologies/tools that they are comfortable with but not refreshed with the updates in all the advancements. 

There will be a point where they want to quit, but they too are out of date and unable to transfer to another job.

On the other hand, some places have a bit more challenging work. There are many new things to learn. Of course, the work is not easy, but in the long run, it is the way to live.

The lesson is, if the job is too luxurious, leave before it's too late.

As world is rapidly changes, we all need to have updated with the advanced technologies and skill-sets. 

In whatever field we are in, we should be very aware of this, and we all need to take appropriate and timely decisions to make out of this trap.
