Even the former chairman of SEC- Clayton said that gone are the days when he was in office from where the situation has changed a lot- the applications of BTC ETF were were rejected while he was in office.  He added that SEC, the regulator has nothing left to deliberate on when it comes to these ETF Applications and he expects that EC would actually move to approve the ETF applications at the present stage and situation. 

Other hand, if the BTC ETF did not go through, there will surely be a blood bath which would drag BTC even to 31000 USD.
