Dear Readers,

The crypto markets are making no sudden moves now, and rather being calm at the moment.

At the time of writing this article the global crypto market cap is valued at $2.06 Trillion, a decrease of 0.89% from yesterday.

The market leaders BTC is trading at $ 58177 (-0.45%) and ETH is trading at 2588(-2.42%) from yesterday.

When we compared this price with last week, it is a decrease of 5% for BTC and 3.46% for ETH.

The BTC dominance is at 55.9% and the fear greed index is at 41, which shows neutral.

At this point in time, what makes the most important and exciting news on BTC is that the twitter post of Jamie Coutts CMT, the Chief Crypto Analyst at Realvision. 

He posted in his tweet in X page that,

"The central banks are capitulating, the liquidity spigots are opening, and Bitcoin is about to go much higher. My composite global liquidity momentum model (MSI), has provided the first Bullish regime signal since November 2023. Recall that Bitcoin rallied 75% from Nov to April before the regime flipped Bearish" 

Over the past month; the BoJ and the PBoC have added $400B & $97B, respectively; the broad global money base (credit) has expanded by $1.2T, which has been significantly aided by a sharp decline of the US dollar. This suggests that it is coordinated with the Fed's consent. Drawing a comparison with similar stages in previous cycles (obv it won't play exactly as it has in the past)

2017: $BTC rallied 19x

2020: $BTC rallied 6x

2024: ? 2-3x is my estimate .

For BTC to meet this target, the DXY would need to be well below 101, prompted by ongoing central bank injections. This would push global M2 well over $120T this cycle. Finally, As I noted yday, this is the natural state in credit-based fractional reserve system. The money supply must continually expand to support the outstanding debt. Otherwise, everything will collapse"

While reading through this, there is a goosebump feeling happened to me he has narrated his observations on BTC movements.
