They are now well on the way of selling the last of their in-game land deeds (only 1,650 will ever be created) and buildings. The deeds can be placed anywhere on the map there is a spot available. According to the Mirandus site, "Each deed comes with a basic layout that includes walls that will repel monsters, a home for the deed owner, and plots where other players in the game can place buildings." Currently, available deeds for purchase are starting at 33,333.333 BAT, 16.247 ETH, or 2.106941 m GALA. They are down to only a few remaining and if you have the crypto to invest, this may be a lucrative venture whether you decide to play or to resell. If the deeds seem to be a bit out of your budget range, there are options to purchase buildings that can be placed onto other players' properties. The owner of the property sets the terms of the "lease" in order for you to place a building (yet another perk to owning a deed).

Only four types of buildings are available for purchase, a barn, a brewery, a majestic stable, and a majestic temple. While there are still a few hundred barns and breweries left, there are only eight Majestic Stables and thirteen Majestic Temples. Although most of the perks are connected to deeds, there are definitely bonuses for owning buildings; "Everything you see in a player’s shop is owned by them on the blockchain and the economy of Mirandus is driven by players who farm, craft and adventure."
