Coming into the role of COO of Lunar Strategy, I'm focusing on a few key priorities that I think will benefit both our clients and our team.
Here's what I'm currently working on and how I plan to get things done:
1. Streamlining processes: I want to ensure our project management and communication systems are efficient and clear. We've started using Notion, and it's been a game-changer for keeping everything organized and visible to everyone.
2. Empowering our team: I believe that a happy and motivated team is essential for delivering top-notch results. I'm committed to supporting their growth, setting clear objectives through OKRs, and fostering a positive work environment.
3. Focused growth: While we excel at our core services, I'm also keeping an eye on opportunities to diversify and expand. By staying updated and understanding our client's needs, we can continue to innovate.
I’m relying on structure, planning, open communication, and adaptability. With a growth mindset and a willingness to embrace change, we're together setting Lunar Strategy up for long-term success.
Could you walk us through the daily processes that you plan to implement to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service?
Absolutely! Ensuring our clients receive the best possible service is at the heart of everything we do at Lunar.
Here's a glimpse into the daily processes I’m currently implementing or improving to achieve that:
- Regular check-ins: Our account managers are doing regular check-ins with their teams to review the week's, month's and daily priorities, discuss any urgent client needs, and address any potential roadblocks. This helps to keep everyone aligned and focused on the most important tasks.
- Clear communication: I promote open and transparent communication among team members and with our clients, ensuring everyone is on the same page. We are using tools like Slack and Notion to keep discussions organized and easily accessible.
- Regular progress updates: Our Account managers will provide clients with regular updates on project milestones, ensuring that they're always in the loop and feel supported. These updates help our clients stay informed and provide opportunities for real-time feedback and adjustments.
- Quality control: To ensure our work is top-notch, we have a quality assurance process in place. This involves peer reviews, internal feedback sessions, and incorporating client feedback to continuously improve the final deliverables.
- Collaborative culture: Fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing is key. We'll hold regular team meetings to share insights, discuss industry trends, and learn from each other's experiences to stay ahead of the curve.
- Retro check-ins: We believe in the power of reflection and learning from past experiences. Periodically, we'll conduct "retro check-ins" with our teams to analyze past projects, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes based on the lessons learned.
By improving or implementing these processes into our daily routine, I aim to create a seamless and efficient workflow that ensures our clients receive the service they want while also empowering our team to grow and excel in their roles.

Staying ahead in the Web3 industry is crucial and we make it a priority at Lunar. Ever since I got into crypto back in late 2016 and early 2017, it has come naturally to make it a priority to stay updated, back then I always wanted to find the next upcoming projects. That happened mostly through individual research, but now it’s popping up amazing resources every other week that helps me stay informed. At Lunar we also leverage the insights we gain from working closely with our diverse portfolio of clients, which helps us stay alert. Collaboration, continuous learning, and the sharing of knowledge are all essential components of staying at the forefront.

Attending webinars, conferences, and workshops is a big part of my routine. Which helps me gain insights and learn from other experts in the field.
In addition to that, I'm an avid reader of Twitter threads, LinkedIn, marketing blogs and newsletters. They're a great source of knowledge, and staying informed helps me ensure that our strategies are always up-to-date and relevant.
Another essential aspect I'm focusing a lot on is leveraging AI and data-driven marketing. AI is revolutionizing the marketing landscape right now, and incorporating it into our services has been and will be a major game-changer for our clients. We're exploring how to use AI for everything right now, and so far it’s been amazing working with.
Collaboration and learning from our team is also a crucial aspect I’m to focus on. We have a diverse group of professionals with different skill sets and backgrounds, and tapping into their expertise helps us come up with innovative ideas and approaches.
