COTI's "finance on the blockchain" ecosystem is designed in a way that it meets the challenges of centralized finance (high fees, latency, global inclusion) and decentralized finance (clogging, complexity, high fees) by using a DAG (directed acyclic graph) protocol which helps in providing scalability, speed, privacy and reducing costs. It markets itself as a fintech platform that allows enterprises to create their own payment solutions and digitize any currency to help save time and money. Instability and the lack of stability is one of the major issues with blockchain based solutions. COTI aims to bridge the gap between traditional and decentralized finance. Now that we have understood what COTI aims to do, let's look at what makes it a potential hidden gem.

It has only been two years since COTI was issued in 2019 and the price action has been gaining momentum in recent weeks. It has a market cap of around $277 million with a one third of its coins in circulation. As of today, its exchange volume is already increase by almost 50% and price is up by almost 23%. Given a deeper look into the fundamentals of COTI, it seems pretty clear that the project is undervalued. Furthermore, the project has real world use case as it has already been launched on Google Play Store and is live unlike many other crypto projects that are deriving their value only from speculation. 

Finally, the project has a host of major events lined up till the end of the second quarter including CVI Mainnet Launch, DAG 2.0 and Trustchain 2.0. This gives COTI an extremely bullish outlook with its price going much more higher than the prevailing all-time high of around $0.41. In my opinion, this coin has the potential to go to the moon and would be very valuable in the near future.
