Two weeks ago my daughter called me and said she was unwell. She has a sore throat, headache and temperature. She called her doctor and he sent her to a covid19 mobile examination and prescribed vitamins and an antibiotic.
The daughter went to the examination, she stood in the line for almost three hours, during which time the doctor announced her quarantine. She got a text message with a notification and an order to install the application on the phone. Within an hour, she had to take a picture showing that she was at home.
After the examination, she immediately went home and did everything the application asked for, step by step. On the same day, a policeman called her, who informed her about the penalties she was facing after leaving the house. And so for 10 days.
The test results were supposed to be after 24 hours. The daughter waited 48 hours and then called the Sanepid. There they said that they cannot see it in the system and they have to look for samples. They were supposed to call back the same day.
The daughter was feeling better and better. On the fourth day she called the sanitary department again, there she was informed that, unfortunately, her sample was lost.
The question was asked on what basis it has quarantine, since there is no test result. The clerk informed that this is what the regulations require and that's it.
On the advice of the clerk, the daughter again went to the research point. This time the result was on the same day. NEGATIVE. Overjoyed, she called back to the Sanepid, asking for the removal of the quarantine.
Unfortunately, the clerk said it was up to the doctor. The daughter called the doctor, he was to report the closure of the quarantine.
On the same day, the daughter received a text message that the quarantine would not be removed for preventive reasons.
The question was, if she is healthy, what is her quarantine for and who will cover the costs of not working? Turns out everyone didn't give a shit about it. It is important that the statistics turn out well and the rest does not count.
