I am Stefan, taking in-charge of OpenDEX.Market project going forward. Under the deal we had with Chris we paid deal amount to team for acquiring project. We will be going through transition process in coming days. I am happy to provide here compete process we are going to follow in coming days:

1. Deal payment already paid to team for acquiring exchange
2. Chris Holton will be available for next few days for helping us in transition process. Joseph has already left project.
3. We will finish infrastructure migration in next 2 days and exchange will be live after this activity.
4. All paid listed projects will be listed on OpenDEX Exchange. All free listed projects will be delisted from exchange.
5. Going forward OpenDEX will be not free and trading fees will be applicable.
6. P2P exchange launch is postponed as our priority is to stabilize existing business first and then we will work on expansion.
