Hello everyone! I thanks again Cryptonator who gave me again another article idea (if you want to visit his blog just click here). The last time we talked about the tip-begging with a possible solution (that I kindly forwarded to Publish0x Team), and today we will talk about those posts that are present only to get referrals in certain apps without any explanation of how it actually works.
What is the "Referral Hunter" phenomenon?
This is something that is less distinguishable from the phenomenon of tip-begging because it's masked by the authors, but unfortunately, we have it also on Publish0x. Many times this consists of doing many little articles with one or two paragraphs with a final ref link (many times is just spammed all along with the article).
So, what's the problem?
There are many problems linked to this phenomenon. First of all - you will have an inexistent upliner, so if you need help with something you'll get no help from him, he only wants to earn!
Secondly - Do I need you to remember the tip fact we talked about in the last article? Well, they also get tips for really simple articles without any words sometimes. This time they're less consistent but they got like 10-15 cents for... Nothing! They do nothing for their articles and they get more than what their blog is worth.
And another problem, this time really serious, is that you download something that maybe isn't also paying! You're selling your data, you're wasting your time for a non-paying app/site. So what do you earn? Nothing. And what does the author of the "referral hunting" article earn? Nothing, because the app doesn't pay. But hey, he earned something with Publish0x. And he can continue like that endlessly. Is always better to post a payment proof when's available. In case there isn't any personal proof, you can search up on the internet, just to make sure the app pays.
Is there any solution this time?
This time is more complicated. The only solution is to avoid completely using referral links. Publish0x could add this rule. It's drastic, I know, and I also personally don't like it because it's very restrictive, but it's the best way to avoid such articles with a spamming intent.
As you can see, there is no content. A bunch of tags and a video. No words. And also a referral link. I WILL NOT MAKE ANY AD FOR THOSE TYPES OF ARTICLES. It's horrible also for the eyes.
As I already said, it's not prohibited by Publish0x to use those ref links, but this is quite too much. There is no need to upload here the second page, as it's again full of ref links. There is no work behind this article. Oh, and do you see those tags? Illuminati? TheGreatAwakening? What's this? Really low-quality article here, nothing more to say.
I'm sorry for the short article I made, this time the topic was more "generic" and so I wasn't able to write too much. As usual, comment down here and propose some solutions to prevent the problem of "referral hunting" on Publish0x! Tip the article and follow the blog if you liked it. Again, check Cryptonator's blog to know more about cryptocurrencies).
P.S: I can't write under the image due to the image extension (or at least this is what I think, it should be fixed by Publish0x Team if it's a global problem).
