Never mind that the number two Rap Artist of all time is from Toronto. I'm pretty sure you've heard the likes of The Weeknd, or maybe Tory Lanes who recently shot Megan The Stalin. Yup they both are Canucks. There are a lot of up and coming, and legends of Hip Hop that all hail from the north Kardinal Offishal had a few chart toppers in the 90's, along the Informer Snow. So Canada has been gunning for the spot for a while. There is the Swollen Members front man Madchild who wasn't even aloud into America for sometime due to his ties with the Hell's Angels. He recently put out and album Killing The Neighbors with fellow Canadian Rapper Tom MacDonald. There is the underground  phenom who quickly making himself a legend Merkules. You also have Dax who got a pretty good buzz going with his one take video. Then you also have PARTYNEXTDOOR he Raps, he writes, and produces. You also have the Arabic Rapper Belly. If that's not enough of an argument I did mention the second selling Rapper of all time is Drake from Canada. He's only been topped by Eminem. He's a Singer, Song Writer, Producer,  Label CEO, Actor, and on and on. He's sold 125 million units to date, and there is no slowing in the foreseeable future.
