What is SWEAT and how does it compare to Bitcoin

Firstly I’ll talk about sweatcoin, the coin before SWEAT. Sweatcoin is a Web2 currency that is gained after installing the sweatcoin app and walking! Every 1,000 steps you take will grant you 1 sweatcoin. The sweatcoin can be used to redeem items in the marketplace, or bid against other walkers to get greater rewards like TVs and bikes. Another feature you can use is donate you can give you’re sweatcoin to charity to help out others that might need it.

Then there was TGE, the Token Generation Event promised to match your current balance in the sweatcoin app with there new web3 currency SWEAT which is only accessible in there new SWEAT Wallet app. SWEAT has slightly different mechanics to Sweatcoin: as time goes on SWEAT gets harder to mint and the maximum number of steps to get sweat is only 5 thousand unlike sweatcoin which is 10 thousand. Sweat can be staked like many other tokens and in doing this you have access to some great rewards, you can opt into prize draws for only 0.1 SWEAT with so many people opting in it is hard to get a reward however, I have gotten 2 in my time using the app.

SWEAT is a great opportunity to get some free crypto. Personally, the app got me into crypto now I also use other apps to grow my port folio like KuCoin where I can trade with the crypto I got for free. So how does it compare to Bitcoin? Bitcoin will always be my number 1, but SWEAT helped me to get into crypto and by some Bitcoin for myself!

please note this is my personal opinion. Nothing I say should be taken as investment advice, do your own research.
