Hello everyone,

It's time for the July review, here we go for a 100% transparent presentation of my results and then an analysis and strategy for the month of August!

Earnings of the month: $35 which brings us to $40.07 since we started the Whalinvest adventure on June 15th.

Fund under management as of August 2, 2021:

• $273.17 in USDT
• $266.02 in BTC
• $110.58 in BNB
• $162.59 in BUSD
• $165.34 in ETH
• For a total of $977.7 in management.

USDT Bag Analysis:

Detailed table of the USDT bag

Facts :

• The best performing bots are HNT and ONG, the worst performing are WRX and NKM (bots blocked since June 2021).
• The ATM, ONG and HNT bots performed respectively 8, 8 and 7 transactions.
• Good performance of the FTM and RUNE bots, correct for ATM and RVN and mediocre for WIN.
• The portfolio realizes monthly gain of 6.44%.

Result  :

• In the current market, the best performances are those of the aggressive Bot type Diabolo 2 hours or 4 hours.
• A “Secure your gains” type of loss management in 0.5% or 0.35% is inefficient and exits trades too early.

Modification :

• Added ICP DIABOLO 30 minutes (for testing, beware of scam...) and DATA DIABOLO 2 hours bots.
• All “Secure Your Earnings” strategies are increased to 1%.
• If the market behaves in a bullish fashion, I would definitely switch the bots to a more medium term strategy. (MRSI or ICHIKOMU 4hours)

When one of my bots is gone to be stuck for a while, I do some staking with the token.

Analysis of the BTC bag :

Facts :

• The best performing bots are BCD, CHZ and ETC, the worst performing are TFUEL, RVN and CSTI.
• The RVN bot signs a magnificent underperformance with the score of -0.28% profit.
• The BCD bot made seven transactions.
• Correct performance of the ONG and NKM bots, mediocre for the majority of the bag.
• The portfolio realizes a monthly gain of 2.50%.

Result :

• No strategy is doing well, but DIABOLO seems to be the most disappointing.
• A “Secure Your Gains” type of loss management in 0.5% or 0.35% is ineffective and exits trades too early.
• The BTC bag is the worst of the month.

Modification :

• Added ICP DIABOLO 30m (for testing) and DATA DIABOLO 2h bots.
• Deletion of the RVN bot.
• Added STORJ and HNT bots (DIABOLO 2 hours), but with a “Secure your gains” strategy at 1%.
• All “Secure Your Earnings” strategies are increased to 1%.

BNB Bag Analysis :

Facts:

• Bag with too few bots for effective analysis.
• The portfolio realizes a monthly gain of 2.86%.

Result :

• Need to increase bag size to “farm” BNB to pay for transactions fees for other bags.
• A “Secure Your Gains” type of loss management in 0.5% or 0.35% is inefficient and exits trades too early.

Modification :

• Added bots ALPHA :  ICHIKOMU 6 hours, ETC :  ICHIKOMU 4 hours and AXS : MRSI 2 hours.
• All “Secure your gains” strategies are increased to 1%.

For BNB BOTS, I only reinvest 20% of my profits in order to keep as much BNB as possible to pay  transactions fees.

BUSD Bag Analysis:

Facts:

• Several bots arrived during the month.
• Numerous performing bots (BAKE, both CSTI, DATA and HARD)
• No profit made by the ETC and BNB bots.
• The portfolio to realize a monthly gain of 5.57%.

Result :

• Same behavior as the USDT bag with good performance of DIABOLO bot's.
• A “Secure your gains” type of loss management in 0.75% is inefficient and exits trades too early.
• Thanks to its loss strategy management, the BUSD bag does almost as well as the USDT while it lags at the start.

Modification :

• Added bots AXS :MRSI 4 hours, SNX  :DIABOLO 2 hours, ETH : DIABOLO 8 hours (farm), ADA : DIABOLO 4 hours (farm), BTC : DIABOLO 6 hours (farm).
• Removal of the BNB bot and the least performing CSTI bot.

BUSD transactions on Binance benefit from reduced fees!

ETH bag analysis :

Facts:

• Several bots arrived during the month.
• Many bots performed well (RLC, SLP and ETC).
• The bot DENT signs a magnificent underperformance with the score of -0.28% profit.
• The portfolio to realize a monthly gain of 5.18%.

Result :

• Best bag outside Stablecoins, thanks to the great performance of ETH.
• A “Secure Your Gains” type of loss management in 0.3% is inefficient and exits trades too early.

Modification :

• Added the bots THETA : MRSI 8 hours, DENT : DIABOLO 4 hours, DASH :  DIABOLO 2 hours and DATA : DIABOLO 2 hours.
• Removal of the bot DENT : MRSI 4 hours and the worst SLP bot.
• All “Secure Your Winnings” strategies are increased to 1%.

Conclusion:

If we take all the bags, the average profit is 4.34%. If we remove the 20% fees and french VAT (BOOOOOOO) we are left with about 3.25% profit over a month. This is huge compared to other less active savings solutions such as Celsius. On the other hand, the risk is not zero with Whalinvest, but the game seems to be worth it!
