The Human Being as such can not live isolated, but in continuous interaction with his peers, therefore it is a sociable entity. Individuals have to cooperate with each other, because of their personal restrictions, and they must form organizations that allow them to achieve some objectives that individual work would not achieve.
There is a wide variety of organizations: industrial, commercial, service organizations (banks, universities, hospitals, transit, etc.), military, public, which can be oriented towards the production of goods or products; these exert pressure on the lives of individuals and are an integral part of the environment where man works, recreates, studies, satisfies his needs.
Organizations, because they are social units, must constantly rethink and reformulate to achieve specific objectives. The adoption of new production mechanisms that satisfy the company's own expectations as well as the recipient market is not an easy task. The necessary resources and conditions must be enabled so that variations do not arise for the initial purposes. One of the possibilities to increase productivity and profitability is constituted by the ability to associate with other companies that present similar characteristics and thus join efforts to achieve the objectives.
In this order of ideas, the evolution of the Organizations and the associativity lead us to manage the term of the Decentralization. The old organizational schemes based on the central figure were displaced with the appearance of the Blockchain. Transparent and auditable systems in view of all the members of the organization, decision making tabulated in the programming language in intelligent contracts, these are all factors that generate confidence.
DAO's Emerge
Decentralization has allowed the emergence of new brands, young entrepreneurs who do not accept framed in the old governance schemes, who have placed their interests in the Ethereum universe, developing DApps, own Token and own policies. So far with favorable results for all, supported mostly by the benefits of the nature of the blockchain and the cryptocurrency.
These Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (Dao's) are the inevitable product of the evolution of traditional organizations. A DAO is a network of agencies, which is also an agency in itself. There is not a single point of control or failure in the organization. Instead of the central administration, there is an indirect coordination among agents stimulated by the reward of tokens and framed by codes in intelligent contracts. A DAO is a self-organized entity, and in general it looks more like an organism than an organization.

We could think of a group of islands separated from each other, that decide to start the construction of bridges that allow interconnection, taking advantage, in this way, the resources that each one possesses. They all benefit because they can exchange their resources with each other. It is necessary that all the islands are tuned in "share their resources". All have to transcend individuality to achieve the group. No island loses its individuality, on the contrary, it has the opportunity to elevate it and, furthermore, to be part of an association with other islands, thus achieving to reinforce its individual potential for the development of new joint ventures.
In a decentralized organization, decision-making authority is delegated to the chain of command as much as possible. Decentralization is characteristic of organizations that function in complex and unpredictable environments. Companies that face intense competition tend to decentralize to improve responsiveness and creativity.
The concept of the DAO's is so powerful and elegant, because it does not include the traditional techniques of the corporations. Ownership of the DApp tokens are the only requirements to use the system. It is very simple. The value of the cards depends on the appraisal of the application by the people. All the incentives, the monetization, all the forms of support are integrated and do not need the mechanisms that the old centralized corporations use to balance the interests of shareholders and employees.
The strategic advantage is that each member develops his daily activity independently of the existence and the actions of the group. According to the characteristics of the same and the ideas "contributed" by the members it will be possible to advance in the strategies.

DAOstack
All this organizational emergence needs a solid base that sustains them and avoids the dispersion of efforts, an intelligent concept of society that fosters cooperation while maintaining the individuality and autonomy of organizations.
