I met the Torum project on December 9, 2020. It had less than 10K users at the time I joined. It is a project that will work in the SocialFi field. At first, I was collecting XTM tokens by posting and doing daily tasks. A year later my account was blocked 3 times for 30 days so I don't know what to do with the daily rewards. After the first blocking, I did not post anything, I only used gifs and images found in the application. But I was blocked two more times. When I asked the project managers and admins, they did not answer. The reason why I questioned; Correct if there is a mistake I made ... But no answer ...

After the last block I decided to leave Torum. It no longer meant anything to me. In return for more than a year of hard work, I collected 3594 XTMs. I wanted to shoot them.

It said that I could withdraw it to my Metamask wallet. I also wrote my Metamask address. I wrote down the amount I want to withdraw. Then I pressed the CONFIRM.

Process appeared on my panel as above. I waited a month. I did not receive XTM tokens at my address. I wrote a message to the whole team in the project from within the application. Nobody answered. Then I asked Telegram for help. I finally got an answer.

But I was completely disappointed with this answer I got.

They said I need to have my wallet verified. They didn't make me do this procedure during the shoot, when I asked how could I know... no answer...

Ok I asked what should I do they gave me a link...

When I entered this link, it asked me to choose my wallet. I chose my wallet.

The first option is manual enabled, the second option doesn't work.

***Surprise asks you for your private words, private key. I was shocked to see this. I closed the page.***

This is what I asked the admin who supported me on Telegram. He conveyed that if I do not do this, they will not issue XTM tokens.

Private words and private key was fine as only bot detects it.... !!!!!

The first thing I learned on the first day I stepped into the cryptocurrency world...

Never give your wallet private words and private key to anyone...

But Torum wants this from me with a 3rd party application.

My last words; They don't give me my XTM tokens as I don't give my private words. I am constantly blocked. All I did was because I wanted the tokens that I was entitled to without insulting...

I don't know what would have happened if I wanted to my Huobi or Kucoin account. I don't know.... They don't answer....
