SENS Foundation Donation Domination

    As of writing this the amount of money donated to the SENS foundation, a non-profit desinged to help fund longevity research, is well over $25 million dollars. Most of this massive flood of donations was poured in during a 5-day period in the form of cryptos to participate in the Pulsechain sacrifice phase for the yet to be launched hardfork of Ethereum. According to the information available on wikipedia, this Pulsechain sacrifice already totals anywhere between 4 to 10 times what SENS usually sees in annual income from donations. This would mean it's their largest donation in history since it's founding in 2009, at least according to wikipedia.

What's PulseChain Got To Do With It?

    Richard Heart, the creator of the revolutionary and infamous Hex token has decided to lead the charge in a series of politcal statements meant to combat the centralizing forces of the crypto space and to protect free speech. First with his CD on the blockchain, Hex, and now with his fork of Ethereum called PulseChain. With the rising costs of building upon and transacting on Etheruem, Richard Heart saw the need to create a better and safer way to do what Ethereum already does by creating and cheaper and faster route for erc-20 developers and investors, simply by copying the Ethereum code and tweaking it to be deflationary and four times faster than the current Ethereum network. While no expectation of reward is provided for the PulseChain sacrifice, points are delegated to individuals that sacrifice and/or donate to the PulseChain addresses or SENS, SENS donors receiving a 75% credit of the regular sacrificing points.

How Do You Get In?

    The sacrifice phase is well underway but you still have a few days left to participate. The two best methods I am aware of are using Metamask or the StakerApp, Staker being my preferred choice and how I personally participated. More info can be found at pulsechain.com. Pulsechain is expected to launch some time after the sacrifice phase ends.
